Samuel Leroy Tramel

Born in Newton, MS to William and Edna Tramel. He was the youngest of nine children. He proudly served his country during World War II in the South Pacific via Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

He married Charmaine (Becky) Martin on October 19, 1947.

Preceded in death by his spouse, Son- Kent Leroy Tramel and grandson Malcomb Kent Tramel.

 His is survived by Daughter: Sherri Denise Meade, Grandchildren:  Damon (Allison) Gant, Clarence (Idrenna) Barber and Tracey Tramel. One great grandchild:  Brealeja Barber. Sister-In-Laws: Beverly (Marzell) Richardson, Tonya Page, and Gertrude (Edgar) Martin, Nieces- Betty Byrd, Penny Williams and special niece Robyn Page. and a host of niece and nephews.

A visitation service will be held at Range Funeral Home 202 South Eastern Ave, Joliet, IL on Thursaday January 4th from 11Am to Noon. Memorial services immediately following.
